Speedy Int'l Limited is the new General Sales Agent (GSA) of Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Bangladesh.
Speedy Int'l Limited has been appointed the GSA of Malaysia Airlines with effect from April 1, 2019, said a press release.
Malaysia Airlines is currently offering double-daily flights from Dhaka with a good load factor.
The afternoon flights are conducted with Boeing B737-800 aircraft, configured with 16 seats in Business Class and 144 seats in Economy Class while the night flights with Airbus A330 aircraft, configured with 19 seats in Business Class and 268 seats in Economy Class.
Both the flights are popular with passengers, as it offers, convenient connections to various destinations in Australia, South East and Far East.
Sister organisations under the group are also the GSA (offline) of Azerbai-jan Airlines since 2016 and of Abu Dhabi-based Rotana Jet since 2013 (offline).
The GSA has also been handling Malaysia Airlines Cargo since 2012, Azerbaijan-based Silk Way West Airlines (online) since 2016 and Moscow-based AirBridgeCargo since 2017. It received Malaysia Airlines Cargo's Best GSA awards in 2013 and 2018.
Its sister organisation Pinata Air International Ltd has been the GSA of British Airways World Cargo in Bangladesh since 1999.
