Sonali Life Insurance Company Limited's "Team Enrichment and Business Conference 2025" was held on Saturday at the scenic Faiz Lake in the port city of Chittagong.
Organized with the slogan "Mission - Let's Double It", the conference featured speakers who discussed the company's future work plans, development strategies and steps to improve customer service.
Sonali Life Director Fouzia Kamrun Tania was present as the chief guest at the event while Director Sheikh Md. Daniel was the keynote speaker.
Rafiqul Islam, the company's acting chief executive officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mohammad Manjur Morshed, Deputy Managing Director S. M. Mohiuddin Farooqui, Assistant Managing Director Satyajit Das Gupta, were present as special guests.
Maulana Mohammad Alauddin, Assistant General Manager Mohammad Mohiuddin, and the branch managers, unit managers and financial associates of Chittagong Territory.
Addressing the conference, the speakers emphasized the growing success of Sonali Life, the role of field officers, and the collective efforts to increase customer satisfaction.
It is worth noting that Sonali Life Insurance is currently providing uninterrupted insurance services to customers through 108 branch offices in Chittagong Division, as of October 2025, a total of Tk 316 crore in premiums have been earned from the Chittagong division alone, including the first year and renewals.
Sonali Life has maintained consistent success in paying insurance claims — more than Tk 45 crore in 2023, more than Tk 15 crore in 2024, and more than Tk 183 crore as insurance claims were paid as of October 2025.
