Shohoz Ensures Travel Safety

Shohoz has always been working towards creating a safe and reliable platform for their users. With this mission in mind, the Shohoz ticket service affiliated with to develop an insurance plan that will provide protection against a great range of unforeseen events only with an additional payment of Tk 10. 

Fortunately, a passenger named Mohammad Kashif Iqbal signed up for the service and he has been cleared for entitlement to the passenger protection plan of Shohoz. As compensation for his inconvenience, he was provided with Tk 10,000 according to the policy of the protection plan. 

Mohammad Shihab Talukder, Manager of Digital Marketing, Md. Al Amin, Manager of Sales and Operator Acquisition, and Shaikh Hassan Haider Shuvo, Sr. Executive of Marketing conducted the event on behalf of Shohoz. On account of, its Chief Operating Officer Arnab Paul, Chief Executive Officer Alvi Nizam Nafi, and Chief Compliance Officer Arif Hossain were present at the occasion. “At Shohoz, we devote ourselves to the welfare of the customers. 

This protection plan is a part of that effort to ensure each and every one of our customers feel safe whenever they enjoy our services”, said Shakil Jowad Rahim, Director of Bus and Truck Division of Shohoz. 

Any customer of Shohoz Ticket who pays the insurance premium of Tk 10 along with the original ticket price, will be eligible for such reimbursements up to Tk one lakh in the occurrence of specified events as per the terms and conditions of the service. Passengers under this protection plan can simply claim their insurance through the website of Bima BD by specifying the type of claim, travel information, patient and payment information.
