1/2 cup oats
2 digestive biscuits
3 tablespoon ghee
1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
25 black dates
3 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
3 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon grated coconut
To prepare this toothsome ladoo, first, take a small sized pan and place it on low flame. Then, add 1 tablespoon of ghee in it and roast oats in it.
Now, grind almonds, sesame seeds, oats and biscuits with the help of a grinder. Grind until you get a fine powder.
Next, deseed the dates and grind them separately to make a paste. Do not make use of water.
Now, transfer the oats powder in a large sized bowl. Also, add the dates paste in it. Mix well and then add some grated coconut along with remaining ghee in it. Then, add honey in the bowl and mix well (you may use condensed milk instead of honey).
Next, make medium sized round balls from the mixture and coat them with remaining desiccated coconut, your ladoos are ready. You may add 1 teaspoon of extra ghee and honey if the ladoos are hard to roll and bind.
