In line with the policy of 'Insurance for All', the state-owned Sadharan Bima Corporation, as part of its social responsibility, has taken
initiative to cover the provision of health services to persons with neuro developmental disabilities with the overall cooperation of insurance development and regulatory authorities.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in this regard between the Sadharan Bima Corporation and the Neuro-Developmental Disability Protection Trust (NDDPT) under the Ministry of Social Welfare on Sunday.
The signing took place at the conference room of the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority to introduce 'Bangabandhu Suraksha Bima for Persons with Disabilities' policy.
Managing Director of Sadharan Bima Corporation, Syed Shahriar Ahsan, and on behalf of Managing Director of NDD Suraksha Trust Dr Md Anwar Ullah (FCMA) signed the MoU on behalf of the respective organisations.
