POCL, BPC sign deal on Aviation Depot operation

Cox's Bazar Airport Aviation Depot under Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) has been transferred from BPC subsidiary Standard Asiatic Oil Company Limited (SAOCL) to another subsidiary Padma Oil Company Limited (POCL). 

 An agreement regarding the transfer of Cox's Bazar Aviation Depot was executed between the two companies in the presence of BPC Chairman ABM Azad NDC at the office of Standard Asiatic Oil Company Limited (SAOCL) located in Patenga, Chattogram on Friday.

  The agreement was signed on behalf of POCL by the company's managing director Engineer Md. Abu Saleh Iqbal and on behalf of SAOCL, the company's general manager and chief executive Mani Lal Das signed the agreement.   POCL General Manager (Human Resources and Administration) Engineer Mohammad Shahidul Alam, General Manager (Management) Engineer Md Abdus Sobhan, Deputy General Manager (Accounts) and Company CFO Kanchan Chandra Shom, BPC Legal Adviser Advocate Mohammad Mejbah Uddin and officials of SAOCLwere also present on the occasion.
