The Pineapple Rice at Little Asia is authentic Thai fried rice served with fried chicken. The fried rice is cooked with pineapple and served in a pineapple which is the whole attraction of this meal. This is a complete fun. The mixture of crushed nuts in the rice and the spices makes the rice more delicious. The texture of pineapple was very clear and touched my taste buds well. It was a great combination. They served the dish along with a Thai sauce. The sauce was sour and spicy which has a great match with the chicken.
Some negative aspects:
• The chicken was good but I found it a bit salty and did not live up to the Thai flavour.
• The quantity of the rice is not satisfying in accordance with the price.
• Overall, I think the dish is very nice and it could be their signature dish.
Little Asia is a newly opened well designed place and has a fascinating lighting. They also have a juice bar where you can get your drinks like smoothie, cocktail etc. Their service is as good as their behaviour. This is a nice place for hangout or celebrating any special occasions. The place also has a nice background for clicking pictures.
