Padma Bank has started a campaign titled “Ek Cup Cha campaign-2021” to greet and meet with its customers. The 3 day campaign was formally inaugurated on Sunday.
All the 58 branches of the bank welcoming customers every day and having warm interactions.
This campaign is aimed to increase customer engagement andloyalty and first day experience was overwhelming. Besides, discussion took place on Bank’s tech-savvy services and special products.
Discussion was focused on “Padma Protidin” account where customers getting interest on daily basis- first time ever in the country.
In this campaign, homemakers, students and customers from all segments shared their valuable feedback and opinion.
The campaign was inaugurated by the Managing Director and CEO of Padma Bank Md. EhsanKhasruin the GulshanCorporate Branch. MrKhasru said that through this campaign Padma Bank wants to promote transparent image of Padma Bank. Customers’ demands and opinions were shared face-to-face; the opinions will be analyzed with importance by the Bank.
In the program, Padma Bank’s SEVP and Head of Business Zabed Amin, SEVP and Head of Human Resources Division M AhsanUllah Khan, Head of RAMD and Law FirozAlam, EVP and Head of GCB Branch Sabbir MohammadSayem and other high officials of the Bank were present.
