NRBC Bank PLC successfully held its Strategic Business Conference-2025 on Saturday at the prominent hotel in Dhaka.
The day-long event was inaugurated by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, as Chief Guest.
The conference was chaired by Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank.
Independent Directors Md. Abul Bashar, Md. Nurul Haque, Md. Anwar Hossain, Chairman of Risk Management Committee, Muhammad Emdad Ullah, FCA, Chairman of Audit Committee were also present who provided strategic decision and guidance during the sessions.
Held under the theme “Together Towards Excellence” the conference brought together senior leadership from across the organization including Deputy Managing Directors, Heads of Divisional and Regional Heads as well as all Branch and Sub-branch Managers.
In his keynote address, Chairman Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania emphasized the Board’s commitment to establish corporate governance and regulatory compliance across all levels of the Bank.
He further addresses the importance of safeguarding customer deposits and driving sustainable growth through strategic investments in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Dr. Touhidul Alam Khan reiterated the bank’s unwavering focus on compliance and operational excellence.
“The directives and objectives set by the Board are to be implemented with full accountability,” he said.
