The 62nd meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of NRBC Bank PLC. was held on Tuesday at the Bank’s head office.
Muhammad Emdad Ullah, FCA, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee presided over the meeting.
Independent Directors Md. Anwar Hossain and Md. Nurul Haque; Managing Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan; Head of Internal Control and compliance Division (ICCD) Muhammad Hajjaj-Bin-Mahfooz and Company Secretary Mohammad Ahsan Habib were present at the meeting.
