Novoair, one of the country’s private airlines,m won the “Domestic Airline of the Year-2019” award. The Bangladesh Monitor, the country’s prominent travel forthrightly, gave the award based on the online survey of frequent flyers, a press release said here today.
Qatar Ambassador to Bangladesh, Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Dehimi handed over the ‘Domestic Airline of the Year- 2019’ award to Novoair managing director Mofizur Rahman at a gala event titled ‘Monitor airline of the year-2019’ on Friday. Novoair chief said the airline earned passengers’ trust for safe air travel as it always gave priority to its passengers’ safety. “This recognition will encourage us in the future,” he added.
Besides, Novoair was also awarded with Silver trophy for on time performance and Bronze for in-flight service. Currently, Novoair operates daily flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Jashore, Sylhet, Saidpur, Rajshahi, Barishal and Kolkata.
