Sponsor Director and former Vice Chairman of NCC Bank K. Z. Mahmud (Bachchu) passed away on 23rd July at 7:40 P.M. at Bumrungrad Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand (Innalillahi Oinna Elaihe Rajiun).
He was 74. The deceased was sufferring from multiple complications related to lung cancer.
Mahmud was the Managing Director of Home Creations Limited and Sponsor Trustee of Independent University of Bangladesh (IUB).
He left behind his wife Yasmine Mahmud, son Farshed Mahmud, daughter in law Sree Kartha, daughter Faarzein Mahmud, and two grandchildren to carry on his memory.
After Namaz-e-Janaza at Azad Mosque, Gulshan-2 after Asar prayers, K Z Mahmud was laid to rest on Saturday at Banani Graveyard.
