Association of Asset Management Companies and Mutual Funds (AAMCMF) has lauded the Chairman of the National Board of Revenues (NBR) and Commissioners for extending the tax rebate provided to the AMCs through SRO No 49-LAW/INCOME TAX-26/2024, said a press release.
The Executive Committee and other member of the AAMCMF worked closely with the Chairman and Commissioners of NBR to make them aware of the need for this extension for the AMC sector.
Throughout the process the NBR has shown a strong commitment to supporting the institutional fund management industry and through it the broader capital markets.
The AAMCMF has also paid thanks to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission for supporting this initiative.
