Modhumoti Bank Limited organized a football tournament for the employees titled "MMBL Futsal 2019" on Saturday, at JAFF (Football Academy), Bashundhara Residential Area in the capital.
Futsal is a mini version of football that is played in a smaller field. Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director and CEO of Modhumoti Bank Limited inaugurated the tournament.
Eight teams were participated in the tournament and seven matches were played where each match played for 20 minutes. Among others, Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Deputy Managing Director of Modhumoti Bank Limited and high officials of the Bank were present on the occasion. In the tournament, “Modhumoti Shaddhyo” Team achieved the Champion Trophy and “Modhumoti Taronno” Team achieved the Runner-up Trophy. Prizes were distributed among the winners at the end of the tournament.
