The business review meeting of regional managers and branch managers of Sylhet and Moulobhibazar regions of Karmasangsthan Bank held on Thursday at the Conference Room of Sylhet circuit house. Reviewing the overall performances of the branches, the Managing Director directed the officials to take necessary action for achieving the remaining target within the stipulated time.
The bank introduced Bangabandhu Jubo Rin (Bangabandhu Youth Loan), a loan program for the trained unemployed youth to observe the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The higher officers highly emphasized the issue of disbursing Bangabandhu Jubo Rin for generating more self-employment opportunities of the unemployed youth of the country.
Chairman of board of directors of the Bank and former secretary of Bangladesh government Kaniz Fatema was present as chief guest while Md. Tajul Islam, Managing Director of the bank was present as special guest. Deputy Managing Director Md. Abdul Mannan was present as guest of honour.
