Md Kamil Burhan Firdous Joined Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank as General Manager on deputation with a notification of the financial institutions division of the ministry of finance.
Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Bangladesh Development Bank Ltd. During his 33 years banking career he performed his job skillfully in Bangladesh Development Bank Limited as Divisional head, Departmental head, Zonal head and branch head. Md. Kamil Burhan Firdous attended different training programs, seminars and workshop on banking issues in home and abroad.
Md. Kamil Burhan Firdous started his career in Bangladesh Shilpa Rin Sangstha (BSRS) in 1987 as Senior officer. He obtained his BSc Eng. (Civil) Degree from Rajshahi Engineering College (Now RUET). He was born in a respectable Muslim family at Char Anupnagar in Chapai Nawabganj District. He is blessed with one son and one daughter.
