Jamuna Oil Company Limited (JOCL) approved 120 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2019-2020.
The company approval came at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on digital platform on Saturday. Chairman of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation and JOCL Board of Directors Md Abu Bakar Siddique presided over the AGM while Jamuna Oil Company Limited Managing Director Md Gias Uddin Ansari, Directors MollaMizanur Rahman, DidareAlam Mohammad Maksud Chowdhury, Sheikh Mohammad Belayet Hossain and Md Abdul JalilHawlader attended it among others.
The company Chairman Abu Bakkar put up overall activities and future plan of the company at the meeting. The Managing Director Gias Uddin answered different questions of the shareholders.
