The Annual General Meeting of Islami Bank Community Hospitals (Manikgonj, Rangpur, Faridpur, Jhenaidah, Naogaon, Dinajpur, Madaripur, Mymenshing & Satkhira) held on Saturday at Al-Rajhi Complex, 166 Shaheed Syed Narzul Islam Sarani, PuranaPaltan, Dhaka.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Islami Bank Community Hospitals Dr. Tanveer Ahmad presided over the meeting. Professor Md. Nazmul Hassan, Ph.D Chairman, Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited & Director of the Hospitals, Prof. Dr. KaziShahidulAlam, Prof. Dr. SalehJahur, Md. QuamrulHasan, Director of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, Executive Director of Islami Bank Foundation S.A.M Salimullah, Deputy Executive Director of Islami Bank Foundation Md. Abdul Khaleque Khan and a large number of shareholders were also present in the meeting.
Md Khaled Safiullah, Head of Legal Affairs of IBBL acted as the election commissioner in the AGM. Cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018-2019 was declared in the meeting.
