Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) formally launched a logo marking it's 50th years of its establishment.
President of the Institute, Md. Shahadat Hossain FCA unveiled the logo at a ceremony held at CA Bhaban in the city on Tuesday.
ICAB Vice Presidents NKA Mobin FCA and Fouzia Haque FCA, Chief Executive Officer Shubhashish Bose, Chief Operating Officer Mahbub Ahmed Siddique FCA and ICAB’S other officials were present in the occasion. At the same program the 6th January is also declared as Chartered Accountants Day.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh was established by the President’s Order No -2 of 1973 (Bangladesh Chartered Accountants Order) which was promulgated by the government of Bangladesh on 6th January 1973 under the great leader Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
