ICAB President Md Shahadat Hossain FCA met with the President of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Alan Johnson during the council meeting of IFAC held in Jio World Convention Center at Mumbai, India on 15 November.
They were flanked by ICAB Chief Operating Officer, Mahbub Ahmed Siddique FCA and President of South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) H M Hennayake Bandara. ICAB President attended the meeting as Designated Voting Representative from ICA Bangladesh.
Later, he had meetings with IFAC Deputy President Asmaa Resmouki and many international delegates from Professional Accountancy Bodies joining IFAC Council.
