After the German representatives arrived at Chittagong Port last Wednesday, they paid a courtesy meets on Commodore Ahmed Amin Abdullah, Member of the Port (Harbor and Marine).
The German Deputy Ambassador expressed satisfaction with the current operational capacity and efficiency of Chittagong Port, various development projects, and security measures.
He assured overall cooperation in the development of the port, including digitalization, human resource development, and export of German goods to Bangladesh.
The German Deputy Ambassador was shown a documentary on the future plans of Chittagong Port.
After the meeting, the delegation inspected the operational activities of Chittagong Port and praised the overall progress and efficiency of the port.
Those concerned hope that this visit will take Bangladesh-German relations, especially around Chittagong Port, to a new height in the future.
