The health ministry has decided to continue free Covid-19 test service for the poor throughout the month of August.
Since the infection rate and death did not fall, the service will continue throughout this month, according to a notification issued by the Health Service Division of the ministry.
This free service was launched in July considering the hardship of the poor people. It is difficult to test multiple members of a family from a poor household.
Considering that, the health ministry has decided to make it for the economically-disadvantaged people.
