The 33 Annual General Meeting of Federal Insurance Co. Ltd. was held on Wednesday on digital Platform.

Committee Chairman Safar Raj Hossain, Nomination and Remuneration Committee Chairman Muhammad Nazrul Islam, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer A M M Mohiuddin Chowdhry and Directors were present in the meeting among others.
The meeting approved the Annual Accounts of the company for 2020 and 10% Dividend (5% Cash & 5% Stock Dividend) was also approved.
