Another case has been filed against Evaly Managing Director Mhammad Rassel and Chairman Shamima Nasrin for not delivering an air-conditioner for which their ecommerce company received payment.
A customer of the ecommerce platform, Md Muzahid, on Wednesday filed the complaint with the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Debdas Chandra Adhikary, who took contingence of it and asked the Dhanmondi police to record an FIR (first information report).
With the latest one, Rassel-Shamima couple, now in custody, are facing four cases.
Earlier on Friday, another Dhaka court granted the Gulshan police to grill them in remand for three days in another fraud case filed by another customer.
