The Art & Beauty Eid Extravaganza, a three-day dress exhibition and lifestyle event with the participation of women entrepreneurs, has started at the Dalia Hall of the star hotel The Peninsula Chattogram in the port city.
Chattogram Chamber President Mahbubul Alam inaugurated this special fair as the chief guest on Thursday afternoon. Mahbub Sobhan Jalal Tanveer, Director of Ranks FC Properties Ltd and CEM Group and Co-Chairman of Rehab Chattogram Region were the special guests. The event was attended by Saad Shahriar, Managing Partner of Lamor Events, Saif Shoaib, Rahila Sultana Juhi, Founder and Admin of Makeup-Shakeup Group, Rifat Sultana, Leader of Rifat Creations.
Saad Shahriar, the entrepreneur of Lamore Event, said that the special fair is being held in the joint venture of 'Lamore Event', popular girls' group Make-Shakeup and Rifat Creation, with the participation of more than half a hundred women entrepreneurs in view of Eid. Saad Shahriar said, Eid extravaganzas are being organized on a large scale to introduce the people of Chattogram to the new fashion trends as well as to give them an opportunity to do Eid shopping at an affordable price in an elite environment.
Eid Extravaganza has consistently played a role in encouraging the initiatives and activities of small women entrepreneurs in this organization and making them commercially profitable. Eid extravaganza has started today with the participation of more brands and entrepreneurs from Dhaka and Chattogram in a bigger and colourful event than the previous one. It will continue till March 4.
The fair will be a three-day Eid extravaganza open to men and women with no entry fee.
