The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has provided three instructions for ensuring remote education to all the secondary students.

To keep the learning process ongoing amid the Conavirus pandemic, the instruction DSHE has provided are: Adding Upazila level students to district level online classes, conducting online classes by school authorities using Zoom or Google Meet or Microsoft team or any other medium and making a class routine which emphasizes Sangshad TV classes, school online classes as well as upazila to district level online classes. DSHE has already sent letters to the regional education offices with these instructions.

At the same time, DSHE has asked regional deputy directors to collect the reports through district and upazila education officers, of the student’s participation in the classes conducted through Sangshad TV and online, and send those to the department’s e-mail [email protected] within the next 10 working days.

The government is providing all the students the opportunity to keep on learning through TV and online classes as educational institutions have been closed for a long time due to the Covid-19 outbreak. In the meantime, assignment activities for secondary students are ongoing on a weekly basis.
