Additional IGP of Industrial Police and leaders of Chamber of Commerce discussed with industrial factory owners, labour representatives to protect law and order in the industrial area of Chattogram.
An exchange meeting was held at the auditorium of The Chattogram Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized by Industrial Police-3 on Sunday.
Industrial Police Headquarters, Additional Inspector General Md. Mahabubur Rahman was present as the chief guest in the said meeting.Chattogram Industrial Police-3, Superintendent of Police Mohammad Sulaiman presided.
Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) Commissioner Krishna Pada Roy, Superintendent of Police of Chattogram District SM Shafiullah, President of Chamber of Commerce, BGMEA, BKMEA, BEPZA, Freedom fighters, Chairman of PHP family, journalists, workers also addressed the meeting.
Leaders and owners of industrial establishments are representatives.
Chief guest Md. Mahabubur Rahmancalled upon the labor leaders to ensure that the workers do not engage in disorderly behaviour and perform their duties properly in order to maintain the dynamics in the production process of industrial establishments in the current global situation.
The various advantages and disadvantages of factory owners and workers will be considered and instructions are given to take steps in this regard in coordination with all.
