The Board of Trustees meeting of the Mostafa Golam Quddus Foundation, established in memory of the renowned industrialist, former BGMEA president and philanthropist Late Mostafa Golam Quddus, was held at the Sonali life Insurance Head office, Malibagh in the capital.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, Fazlutun Nessa. Other attendees included Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan, Honorary Consul of Uruguay in Bangladesh and Treasurer, Tasnia Quamrun Anika, Vice Chairperson, Sheikh Mohammad Danial, Secretary General, Fauzia Quamrun Tania, Joint Secretary General, Shafia Sobhan Chowdhury, Maheyra Quamrun Sobhan, Sahil Quamrus Sobhan, Sumera Quamrun Sobhan Members and Saifuddin Emon, Director of Operations of the Foundation.
During the meeting, it was decided to form an Advisory Council to guide the Foundation’s future direction and social initiatives. The proposal to include distinguished personalities, academics, entrepreneurs and social workers of the country in this council was approved.
A decision was also taken to publish a commemorative book based on the life, career, philanthropic contributions and vision of the Foundation’s founder, the late Mostafa Golam Quddus.
The book will feature various chapters from his personal and professional life, including
photographs, interviews and reflections.
