BGMEA and bKash join hands to make better and safer payments for the RMG workers.
Ali Ahmmed, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of bKash discussed the issue with BGMEA President Faruque Hassan as he paid a courtesy visit to the President at BGMEA’s PR office in the capital on Sunday.
They discussed different issues especially how digital wage payments can be made to garment workers in a better and more efficient way.
BGMEA Vice President Shahidullah Azim and ATM Mahbub Alam, Executive Vice President and Head of Payroll Business at bKash Limited was also present on the occasion.
They also talked about how apparel workers can derive more benefits of digital payment system and use their mobile financial transactions in a safer way.
bKash made a donation to a fund launched by BGMEA to assist people affected by Covid-19.
