The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 of Bangladesh Reconditioned Vehicles Importers and Dealers Association (BARVIDA) was held on Wednesday at Dhaka Ladies Club.
Abdul Haque, President of BARVIDA chaired the meeting while the Secretary General Reaz Rahman, Vice-Presidents and the Executive Committee Members attended. Former Presidents and Secretary Generals of the ogranizaition also joined the meeting.
Around 550 members of the association were present at the AGM.
Addressing the meeting, BARVIDA President Abdul Haque emphasized the need to formulate a comprehensive automobile policy in light of country’s overall car import business, and the automobile industry development policy formulated by the ministry of industries.
Reaz Rahman, Secretary General of BARVIDA, in his power point presentation highlighted the activities of the association held in last 1 year.
The annual budget of the Association was approved by the members at the meeting, and the auditor for the year 2025-2026 was appointed.
