Bank Asia PLC has arranged a day-long training program on ‘Business Communication and Etiquette’ at Bank Asia Institute for Training and Development (BAITD), Lalmatia, Dhaka on Tuesday.
Salim Solaiman, Adjunct Faculty of Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) was the resource person of the training program.
The program was arranged with the aim to enhance the knowledge and skills on business communication and etiquette among the employees.
Officials from different branches of Dhaka Zone and Corporate office of the bank participated in the training program.
