State Minister for Planning, Dr. Shamsul Alam on Thursday said the government has developed communication system and electricity infrastructure across the country considering the country's private sector as main driving force in economic development.
He said as a result a customer-friendly market system has been developed here and general people are enjoying it's benefit.
Mentioning Bangladesh as the most investment competent country in the Asia, the State Minister urged upon the investors of developed countries including China, Japan to invest in Bangladesh.
The state minister was addressing the inaugural ceremony of the 7th edition of International Exhibition SAFECON 2022 at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) on Thursday.
The project is powered by Savor International Ltd. and objective of the exposition is to accommodate safe and sustainable construction, building materials & technologies in a single domicile.
The exhibition is collocated with relevant segment named Power-Gen 2022, Renewable Energy Show 2022, Water Management Show 2022 and Safe HVACR (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) 2022.

The Exhibition is open for all the visitors from 20 October to 22 October (10 am to 8 pm), everyday.
