Ingredients
250 gm ragi flour (Finger millet)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp chilli powder
4 tsp refined oil
150 gm gram flour (besan)
1/2 tsp garlic paste
Salt and Water as required

Instructions
Take ragi flour, gram flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix well with a spoon. Add oil and pour enough water and knead a soft dough out of the mixture. Make sure that the dough is smooth and not sticky. Preheat the microwave oven. In the meantime, grease the baking tray with some oil and then put the dough in the chakli maker and press out roundels of it. Don't overload the tray and keep every single piece separately.

Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake at 360°F for 15-20 minutes. Check if they are baked and once they are done, take out the tray. Transfer the murukkus on a plate and let it cool down. Serve like that or else you can also store them in an airtight container for weeks.
