Attracting at least USD100 billion Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is possible in the next five years through effective and efficient move if a progressive government comes into state power, believes Dr. M Haider Uzzaman, renowned businessman and expert in investment and trans-national trade.
Talking to Bangladesh Post ahead of the upcoming 13th National Parliament Election, Dr. Haider opines that he can it will be possible to arrange investment for crores of youths to turn them into international standard human resources.
“It will be possible to take special measures for ensuring energy safety of Bangladesh for a period of 50 years”, said Dr. Haider adding that there have ways to export skilled Agriculture work forces and elevating life standards of farmers by establishing Agriculture as an industry.
He also believes that the standard and acceptability of Bangladeshi Pass Port is possible to upgrade and opportunity could be created to travel at least 100 countries completely Visa free by using Bangladeshi Pass Port.
Dr. M Haider Uzzaman, a distinguished Bangladeshi-born businessman and global peace leader, has been appointed recently as a Member of the Advisory Board of the Africa-GCC Council for the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) Congress in Dubai, UAE.
This nomination was confirmed in an official letter jointly signed by M’Zee Fula Ngenge, Co-Chair of the Africa Pavilion at AIM Congress and Co-Founder of the Africa-GCC Council, along with Goncalo Terenas, Steering Committee Chair of the Africa Pavilion and Co-Founder of the Africa-GCC Council.
The AIM Congress, held annually in the UAE, it convenes government officials, investors, and business leaders from around the globe to stimulate economic growth, create investment opportunities, and address pressing global challenges.
