Well, actually this place successfully meets the expectations of Thai food lovers. Hovering over a wide array of dishes to choose from one has an abundance of options to choose from. Further, the quality and the taste it promises to provide are worth mentioning. After salivating to death due to aromas from the open kitchen, we were introduced to the magnificent delicacies of Thai Signatures. Each dish itself is a complete package to gobble up.
Starting from the appetizer, Special Appetizer Platter (BDT 495) consists of fish cake, wonton, spring roll, fried prawn and prawn on toast, is wholesome and delectable. The crispy fried Wonton (BDT 350) with marinated chicken goes great with the aromatic hot and sour Tom Yum Seafood Soup (BDT 525). Papaya Salad (BDT 325) and Seafood Salad (BDT 525) with tangy and mildly sweet dressing is refreshing.
Among mains, stir fried Spicy Chicken Panang Curry (BDT 495) is rich, creamy and spicy, yet balanced. The amazingly flavourful Honey Roasted Duck (BDT 800) has tender and juicy meat, crispy skin, glazed with the honey and black sauce tastes luscious. Steamed Duck with Soya Sauce (BDT 800) cooked in secret aromatic spices is mind blowing as well.
Crab Chili Paste (BDT 675) prepared with a rich-tasting thick, sweet, savory and spicy sauce tastes wonderful. Grilled Whole Fish (BDT 999) is another showstopper of Thai Signatures. It was moist and succulent throughout. Mixed Spicy Seafood (BDT 695) tasted heavenly. Grilled Beef (BDT 595), with tamarind sauce is light, but wonderfully flavorful. It was served with Thai-style sweet and spicy Pineapple Fried Rice (BDT 450).
We ended our food tour with mouth watering Mango with Sticky Rice served with Coconut Ice-Cream (BDT 450). It melted right into my mouth with its toasted and sweet, creamy flavour. Highly recommended! Each and every dish at Thai Signatures was a great example of culinary technique and distinguished presentation. There is so much freshness in their presentation and the ingredients. It’s a bowlful of goodness with its motto of offering a fun Thai gastronomical experience.
