The court announced this verdict on Monday, holding Abu Hanif responsible for the murder of his father.

According to the details of the case, Abu Hanif's father Munsur Sardar did not do any work. There was turmoil in the family about this. On September 25, 2005, Abu Hanif returned home from work and saw his father Munsoor Sardar sitting on the balcony.
