Police recovered an unknown young man’s body from a ditch at Pilkuni area under Fatulla model police station on Friday early hours.
Deceased was wearing jeans pant and a blue colour shirt.
A sub-inspector of Fatulla police station Shahadat Hossain who recovered the body said that apparently it was assumed that the criminals killed the youth and dumped the body here.
As the identity of yet not confirm so police filed a murder case against unknown criminals and body was sent to Narayanganj general hospital morgue for autopsy.
On the other hand a young man aged around 23 named Anik was succumbed to injuries in Dhaka medical college hospital on Thursday midnight in undergoing treatment.
