A workshop titled 'Writing Research Grant Proposal for Young Academicians' was held at Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU).
Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized this workshop on Wednesday.
UGC member Prof. Dr. Biswajit Chanda virtually attended as chief guest at the opening ceremony of the workshop held in the conference room of the university's administrative building.
CVASU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ASM Lutful Ahsan was present as the chief sponsor. University Treasurer Professor Dr. Md. Kamal and Director of UGC Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance Department Dr. Durga Rani Sarkar were present as special guests.
The meeting was presided over by IQAC Director Professor Dr. Gouz Mia. IQAC Additional Director (QA) and Associate Professor Dr. Md. Kaushar-ul-Alam delivered the welcome speech at the opening ceremony of the workshop.
CVASU Health Institute Director and Professor of Pathology and Parasitology Dr. Sharmin Chowdhury, Genetics and Animal Breeding Department Head Professor Dr. Md. Kabirul Islam Khan and IQAC Additional Director (ETL) and Marine Bioresource Science DepartmentAssociate Professor Dr. Md. Asaduzzaman were present as resource persons in the technical session of the workshop.
