Southeast Debate Club (SEUDC) organized a workshop titled "Debate for Peace" on Basic criteria, Rules and Arguments of debate on Monday at SEU seminar hall in the capital.
Moderator of Southeast Debate Club Dr Md Mahadhi Hasan, , President of IBA-JU Debate Club Farhan Rahman and Assistant General Secretary of AUSTDC Shafikul Islam Shawon, were the resource persons of the workshop. A number of 100 students from various departments of SEU took part on this informative workshop.
A grand prize giving ceremony of 2nd SEUDC Debater Hunt, 2019 were also held on the same day. Moderator and Assistant Moderator of Southeast Debate Club handed over the prizes to the winners and also announced the new executive committee of 2020. Chairperson, Department of Economics, Madiha Khan, were also present in the closing ceremony of the workshop.
