A divorcee woman at Boraigram upazila of Natore district committed suicide on Saturday noon.
The woman was identified as Jeny Baby Costa (40) daughter of Abraham Costa of village Bahimali under Boraigarm upazila. Before committing suicide by hanging herself by wrapping with a scarf with the ceiling of her room at the village on Saturday noon, she posted 26 of her photos on her Facebook wall where she remarks, " (you) would watch these photos after my death."
Police recovered the hanging dead body from her house and sent it to the morgue of Natore Hospital for autopsy. It is learnt, Jenny was separated from her husband 16-year ago and she did not marry again.
She used to work at a private company in Dhaka but for last three-month she had been living at her Boraigram house. It is thought she had been suffering from frustration, said Touhidul Islam, Incharge of Bonpara Police Investigation centre.
