A housewife reportedly committed suicide in Dinajpur's Parbatipur upazila on Wednesday evening.
The dead was Subarna Begum, 18, wife of Rabiul Islam, a resident of Nurnagar area under Parbatipur municipality.
According to locals, the housewife committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling of her room in the evening due to a family dispute.
Later, being informed, police recovered the body and sent it to morgue.
Parbatipur Railway Police Station officer-in-charge Sakiul Azam confirmed it.
