Woman drug paddler held

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-4) members on Wednesday detained a woman drug paddler by conducting a drive at Rajashon area in Savar, on the outskirts of the capital. 

RAB also recovered 846 pieces of Yaba pills and cash Tk 3,085 from her possession during the drive. The detainee was identified as Jesmin Begum, 35, wife of Imrul Hasan, hailed from Noapara village under Kotwali police station of Jessore district, and she now lives at Jamgora area of Ashulia in Savar.

Rakib Mahmood Khan, Company Commender of RAB-4 (CPC-2) confirmed the news.

Preparation to take legal action in this regard was in underway, RAB said.
