Chattogram district public health engineering (DPHE) and Satkania upazila administration distributes water purification tablets and drinking water among flood affected areas in Satkania upazila on Friday morning.
At this time, everyone is urged to drink clean and safe water in this difficult time of flood situation.
Palash Chandra Das, Executive Engineer of the Directorate of Public Health and Engineering, said that due to floods, people have started pouring water into waterlogged areas, but there is still a shortage of fresh water.
In such a situation, everyone should be careful. Distribution of water purification tablets and supply of drinking water have been done as electricity system.
Upazila Administration and Public Health Engineering Department ensure safe water for flood victims. Water purification tablets, drinking water will be distributed in the affected areas of the district.
Everyone should be aware to stay free from water borne diseases.
