A van driver was beaten to death in Sharsha upazila bordering area of Jashore on Thursday Morning. The dead body was hanged by the miscreants.
The deceased weas identified as Monir Hossain (32) son of Late Kashem Ali in Narayanpur village of the village . He is a van driver by profession.
The police recovered the hanging body from Ismail Hossain's Mango orchard in Beri Narayanpur village of the upazila on Thursday (November 3) morning.
According to the police and locals, said Monir Hossain had a long-standing family feud with his wife.
It is believed that Monir Hussain's body was beaten to death sometime late at night and hung from a tree by miscreants .
Multiple injuries were found on the victim's body.
Sharsha police inspector (Investigation ) SM Akiqul Islam visited the spot and said, The hanging body of the deceased was recovered from a mango orchard after being informed by the villagers.
Police recovered the body and sent it to Jashore General Hospital morgue for Autopsy.
It is initially believed to be murder. In this case, the process of the case is going on in Sharsha police station Inspector added.
