Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) has organized a virtual seminar (Valining Water) on the occasion of World Water Day-2021 organized by the Department of Water Resources Engineering.
Prof Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam, Vice Chancellor of CUET was the chief guest at the webinar on Monday evening.
Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Prof Dr Md Rabiul Alam was the special guest. Dr Ayesha Akhter, Head of the Department of Water Resources Strategy presided over the function.
Public Health Engineering Department Executive Engineer Anupam Dey, Executive Engineer Sharmistha Debnath, Bangladesh Water Development Board Executive Engineer Tanjir Saeed Ahmed, Chittagong WASA Executive Engineer Keya Chowdhury, Bangladesh Water Development Board Sub-Divisional Engineer Kamrul Hasan also spoke on the occasion.
University teachers along with students of different years from the Department of Civil Engineering and Water Resources Engineering joined the event online.
