An employee of Unilever was killed when his company vehicle ran over him at Lalpur Bazar of Ashuganj upazila in Brahmanbaria on Tuesday. The deceased was identified as Imran Mia, 27, son of Juru Mollah of Suhilpur village under Sadar upazila of Brahmanbaria.
Relative of the deceased Selim Mollah said Imran went to Lalpur market to deliver the products through the company's own microbus. He was standing in front of the microbus after delivering products at various shops in the market. Imran suddenly went under car's wheel when the driver started the engine. He died on the spot. OC of Ashuganj Police Station said police rushed to the spot after hearing the news of accident.
