Two people were killed and one other injured in a collision between a truck and a charger van in Pachbibi upazila of the district this morning.
The deceased were identified as van driver Jiten Singh, 60, and Elias Hossain, 70. Details of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Pachbibi Thana Palash Chandra Deb said the accident occurred at Battoli in the upazila. Jiten Singh and Elias Hossain died while undergoing treatment at Shaheed Zia Medical College and Hospital in Bogura, the OC added.
Police seized the truck.
