At least 82 pieces Yaba tablets and 170 grams hemp were recovered in a 9 APBN operation in the Kaptai Road area under Chittagong Railway police station in Chittagong city. Two drug dealers were arrested at that time.

Armed Police sources said that on Wednesday afternoon, based on a secret information, a raid was conducted on the railway line behind the Karim Sawdagar building at the Kaptai rastar-matha under Chittagong Railway Police Station in Chittagong Railway District and 82 pieces of Yaba tablets and 170 grams of marijuana were seized.
At that time, two people named Md. Zahidul Islam @ Emon (30) and Nasima Akhter (25) were arrested.
The anti-drug operation was conducted under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent of Police Anshu Kumar Deb of 9 Armed Police Battalion, along with SI Mohammad Shahadat Hossain and other officers.
The arrested Md. Zahidul Islam @ Emon has a case against him at Chittagong Chandgaon Police Station after verifying the PCPR. In addition, the process of registering a case against them at Chittagong Railway Police Station is under process.
