Two drug dealers with Yaba tablets were arrested in separate operations in Chittagong's Lohagara. They were arrested from the Upazila Gate area on Tuesday.
The detainees are Md. Billal Mia, 22, son of Md. Hello Mia of Bhairab Chandiberpara area of Kishoreganj, Md. Rakib, 22, son of Md Selim of Ramchandrapur Balighona area of Jhalokati.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Lohagara Police Station Jaker Hossain said two people were detained along with 15,000 Yaba pills. Of these, 5,000 pieces of Yaba pills were found in Billal and 10,000 pieces in Rakib. A case has been filed against them under the Narcotics Control Act.
