The final match of the 52nd Bangladesh National Summer Sports Competition for schools, madrasas, and technical institutions was held at the union level in Sarishabari, Jamalpur. The match took place on Thursday afternoon at the field of Boyra Israil Ahmed High School in Pogoldigha Union.
A total of 10 schools and madrasas from Pogoldigha Union participated in the competition. In the final, Boyra Israil Ahmed High School faced off against Rudra Boyra High School. Boyra Israil Ahmed High School became union champions with a 4–1 victory.
Following the match, each player from both teams received two tree saplings, distributed on behalf of the Upazila Krishak Dal to promote environmental awareness.
Present at the event were the school's chairman and Upazila BNP vice-president Chan Mia Chanu, Pogoldigha Union BNP president Mamunur Rashid Fakir, general secretary Rashedul Islam Ronju, Upazila Krishak Dal convener Abdul Majid, Labour Party president Moniruzzaman Adam, school management committee member Nazrul Islam Swapon, Union Jubo Dal president Sakibul Hasan Sumon Fakir, general secretary Zahid Hasan Farhad, and Sechchhasebak Dal general secretary Zahidul Islam Sohag, among others.
